Split tenders
Card, cash, comp and external payments on one sale.
Comps with a reason
Optional manager passcode for comps and flagged discounts.
Bundles & discounts
Redemption limits enforced on the server.
No overselling
Stock is checked before a card is charged.
Keep selling when the venue Wi-Fi gives out.
Each sale is written to an encrypted outbox on the device before any network call. Offline card payments are stored by Stripe Terminal and forwarded when the connection returns, and every sale is recorded exactly once.
Venue settlement that calculates itself.
Deal terms live on each show: separate merch cuts for soft, hard and media goods, venue card fees, flat fees and tax. The math comes straight from the sales ledger.
- Count by exception: expected counts are pre-filled, so you only type what differs.
- Capture the venue rep's sign-off on the settlement.
- Confirmed counts carry over as the next show's load-in.
The money goes to the artist.
Card revenue lands in the artist's own Stripe Connect account, never commingled with a manager's, a label's, or ours. Stripe handles onboarding, bank details and the payout schedule.
Tours, inventory and reporting on the same ledger.
Stock by size, allocated to every tour
Every product tracks quantity per size. Allocate what each tour needs, load in per show, and carry leftovers to the next date.
Learn moreOne login for every artist you work with
Switch between artists from a single account, with a roster view that rolls up performance and alerts across every act you can access.
Learn moreA ledger you can hand to an accountant
Sales by product and by show, inventory status and revenue trends, all exportable to CSV. Optionally capture fan emails at checkout.
Learn morePay for the months you tour. Nothing in between.
Each artist is charged only for calendar months with at least one scheduled show, so there is nothing to pause when you come off the road.
Run the merch table like a headliner.
Set up your artist, load your catalog, and take your first payment at the next show. The copilot handles the counting.
